VI Central European congress of Emergency and Disaster Medicine The congress was held in Vyhne, Slovakia under supervision of Slovak society of disaster and emergency medicine. There were some lecturers from europe countries an also US. I participated in this congress as an invited speaker. My presentation was about Burn-out syndrome among emergency department staff and EMS personnel. The discussion among audiances showed that there was same problem among emergency staff as well as europe countries . Slovakia is a small country located in the estern region of central europe. Because of short distance (70 Km) between Bratislava (capital city of Slovakia) and Vienna, most of international flights are departured to vienna airport. I had to continue to Bratislava and then Vyhne via road . The discussed topics in the congress were: Disasters, CPR news, Prehospital emergency service and Air medical transport . I had also a meeting with head of slovak society of emergency medicine. It was interesting for me despite of equal area of Slovakia and east Azerbaijan, there were 7 helicopters working in air medical transport around the country .
