21^st INTERNATIONAL MEETING ON ADVANCED SPINE ECHNIQUES had developed in Valencia-Spain at 16-19 July DF 2014.

I participated with some of my neuro and ortho spine  collagues from other city of Iran.

One of advantages of this congress is acquaintance and meeting with other countries coworkers.

It is intresting to see some international academic personalities that you had  been seen only thire names at Texts or papers for couple of times.

There are  a lot of Iranian specialist in spinal surgery field that works at western academic centers and acquaintance with them directly can help us in way of international academic connection .

Some of Iranian specialists that I  visited them were Dr.JavidanDr.esmaeilyDr.Akbarnia.drakbarniya is one of most important international spinal surgeon reference persons that you see his name  in orthopedic references  books a lot.

He have privet  center in the spinal surgery feild  in  son Diego the spinal surgery fellowships from American official university attends rotation  as a period.

Another Iranian who I visited him was dr.Javidan .he work in lusanjles as a orthospin  at his privet  clinic. He was born in euromyeh and he was interested to have cooperation with east and west azarbayejan’s university

Dr. Esmaeily was another American academic orthospine specialist that he have notable research in spinal disc arthroplasty.

Congress started in 16 july and continued until 19 july.

At first Congress  opened as generally  and then resumed under different title such as spinal column deformities –degenerative  lumber disease –degenerative cervical disease-thoracolumbar trauma    and basic sciences .

Most useful part of congress  was  case presentation and group discussion that managed by international famous academic  persons as professor vacaro . he is one of most important references of spinal column field who has more  than 50 documents in his field.

One of new invention that presented this year was new devices for early onset scoliosis management.

By this magnetic based devices  you can lengthen the preimplanted rods in posterior surgery as outpatient  and preclude multiple  surgery .the cost of this system is so expensive about 25 thousand $

This devises should be use more to expose advantage and disadvantages.
